If you are an artist and you've been to Venice....you have to paint it. It is irresistable! Fantastic old buildings and reflective canals. Unbelievable really.

Painted thick and chunky with my favorite knife and LOTS of rich buttery oils. Venice has charm and unique character in every little canal and every part of the very small city. It's just a joy to walk around and get lost in all the little alley ways or sip some chianti at a quaint vino bar and watch the gondolas go by.
