I'm thinking of beaches and beach memories, which always involve our daughters.
I love how children are care free and enchanted with something as simple as wet gloppy sand. They can take the muck and make it into something beautiful and enjoy the whole process.

We're gearing up for a big move! Our last move for awhile and we're
heading to the beach in Southern California. In this painting I'm
remembering the last time we lived there, 15 years or so ago, when our
daughters were young.
