Original oil painting Ballerina Lacing Up by Karen Tarlton

Let your life lightly dance on the edges of Time like dew on the tip of a leaf.
Lacing Up

When you dance, your purpose is not to get to a certain place on the floor. It's to enjoy each step along the way.

Original oil painting Sunrise Sailing Landscape by Karen Tarlton

For most people, we often marvel at the beauty of a sunrise or the magnificence of a full moon, but it is impossible to fathom the magnitude of the universe that surrounds us.

Original oil painting Texas Bluebonnet sunrise by Karen Tarlton

There is just something special about a blue flower.
I'm not sure what it is, but I do think the blue varieties are rare, and
the delicate but hardy bluebonnet and wild Sierra Lupine are a few of my favorites
for sure.
